About Julie
Julie Roy is an author, speaker, educator, and business coach with more than 25 years of experience helping women make confident decisions, create meaningful goals, and move forward with clarity.
In 1992, she developed Directional Thinking as part of her master’s thesis. That work later evolved into the Aligned Decision Pyramid, a practical framework based on Values, Purpose, Goals, Strategy, and Action.
Julie helps accomplished women reduce frustration and overthinking, by strengthening their decision-making, and create success that reflects both their personal priorities and professional goals. She is currently writing a book on the Aligned Decision Pyramid, scheduled for publication in November 2026.
